Anderson Feline Population Reduction Center in Beverly Shores. There, the animals are spayed or neutered, treated for fleas, infections and ear mites, and vaccinated against rabies for just $50, a huge savings. They don't have a website, but if you are heading west on Highway 12 they are about 1/2 block before the one and only traffic light on the right hand side of the road.
